  • All contracts are established on an annual basis, with content creation and services renewed monthly.

    A Purchase Order with 12-month line items is required.

  • Payments are made via bank transfer on a monthly basis within the first 7 days of the month following the last service. For example, services provided during "January" must be paid within the first week of "February."

    All prices are monthly, listed in Mexican pesos, and subject to an additional 16% VAT.

    We reserve the right to temporarily suspend the service if payment is not received on time.

  • At NSF Agency, we are a team of professionals specializing in communication, including filmmakers, photographers, editors, designers, illustrators, and writers with extensive experience in content creation and corporate social media management.

    We serve as your company's creative team, working in a hybrid model (on-site/remote) to develop strategic internal and external communication campaigns.

    We collaborate closely with your company's Communication or HR department to align with corporate objectives and brand image.

  • Our content creation and social media management packages are specifically designed to meet the communication needs of medium and large manufacturing companies.

    These services aim to create a lasting impact on employees, clients, and investors through professional social media management, complemented by world-class photography and video production.

    The additional 10% discount promotion applies exclusively to companies located in the states of Nuevo León and Coahuila, México.

  • All content created by NSF Agency, including but not limited to text, photographs, images, videos, designs, and design templates, will remain the property of the agency until full payment has been completed.

    Once payment is received, the client will be granted "Non-Exclusive" rights to use the material for purposes outside of social media.

    NSF Agency may use the content for promotional or educational purposes once it has been first released on the client's social media channels.

    The client will have access to a private drive where all original material and created content will be stored.

  • The prices of the packages only include content creation at a single location.

    If your company has multiple manufacturing plants or offices located in different cities, we can design a special plan at a preferential price to achieve complete coverage.

  • If you would like to add more videos or photographs to your package, we can customize the service based on your additional needs. Simply contact us to discuss the amount of additional content you require, and we will provide a quote based on the extra workload at a preferential price.
